44tk Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

44tk is an online betting and gaming platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers live cricket betting, a live casino with table games and game shows, slot games, and crash games including Aviator. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are accessible via web browser on desktop and mobile devices.

These Terms apply to all users of the 44tk platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the site without registering. By using any part of the platform — including viewing odds, playing in demo mode, or depositing funds — you acknowledge and accept these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

44tk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or place any bet on 44tk. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Registering with false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

44tk is operated for and targeted at adult players located in Bangladesh. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law are responsible for determining the legality of their participation before registering. 44tk does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gambling services are fully prohibited under local law.

2.3 Registration Process

To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. 44tk may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address. 44tk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 44tk. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 44tk reserves the right to merge them, close the duplicate account(s), and void any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate account(s).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 44tk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify 44tk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including false identity information, a false date of birth, or a false payment method ownership claim — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 44tk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts following written notification to the registered email address. Where an account balance falls to zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a previously inactive account should contact support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

44tk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 44tk does not accept payments in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by 44tk; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although your mobile financial service provider may impose their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 44tk account balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days following completion of KYC verification. A minimum withdrawal amount applies; please refer to the current withdrawal policy displayed within your account settings. 44tk reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. The same payment method used to make the most recent deposit must be used for withdrawal where possible, subject to the method's own transfer limits.

4.4 Payment Ownership

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a mobile wallet or bank account not registered to the account holder — are prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, 44tk reserves the right to suspend the account, return the funds to their source (less any applicable fees), and void any activity funded by the third-party payment.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

44tk is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity through its platform. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, 44tk reserves the right to freeze account balances, request additional documentation, delay withdrawals, and where appropriate, report the activity to relevant authorities. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued account access.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 44tk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game in question. By placing a bet you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the relevant rules. Market-specific rules are published within the platform interface at the point of bet placement.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

44tk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet is placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting is not available for that market, or where 44tk reasonably suspects that the bet is placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

5.3 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

In the event that 44tk publishes manifestly incorrect odds, lines, or other information as a result of a human or technical error ("Palpable Error"), 44tk reserves the right to void all affected bets at any time, including after settlement. 44tk will notify affected users via their registered email address. Winnings derived from Palpable Errors will not be paid out.

5.4 Settlement & Disputes

44tk will endeavour to settle all markets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, Bangladesh Cricket Board, FIFA, etc.) will be used as the final reference. Settlement disputes must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the settlement date.

5.5 Live & In-Play Betting

Live betting odds are updated in real time during the course of an event. 44tk cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend or remove live markets at any time without prior notice, including as a result of technical issues, loss of data feed, or at the discretion of the trading team. Bets placed during a suspension will be voided.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

From time to time, 44tk offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified registered users only unless specifically stated otherwise. Bonuses that are intended as welcome offers for new users may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Evidence of multiple claims through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant bonus terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to: low-margin live casino games, specific slot titles excluded from wagering, or bets below a specified minimum odds threshold) may not count, or may count at a reduced rate, towards meeting wagering requirements. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

44tk actively monitors bonus usage for patterns of abuse including, without limitation, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 44tk reserves the right to void all bonuses, void winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 44tk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or if you have been self-excluded from gambling platforms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any game.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in multiplayer games or shared betting pools.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or display errors on the platform for financial gain.
• Placing bets using payment methods not registered in your own name or using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event on which a bet has been placed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with 44tk staff or other users via the support system.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details during registration or KYC verification.
• Using VPN or IP-masking tools to access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while falsely appearing to be located in Bangladesh.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of the 44tk platform is also governed by the 44tk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 44tk collects only the personal data necessary to provide its services, process transactions, and meet its compliance obligations. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

44tk may share data with third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) to the extent strictly necessary to process transactions, and with identity verification service providers to fulfil KYC obligations. All data sharing is conducted under appropriate data processing agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from a suspended or unavailable market.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Technical failures, server downtime, data feed interruptions, or network connectivity issues beyond 44tk's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from the conduct of third-party payment providers during deposit or withdrawal processing.

44tk's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits 44tk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may request closure of your 44tk account at any time by contacting the live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally following account closure, provided KYC verification has been completed. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Termination by 44tk

44tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other users. Upon termination for cause, 44tk may retain any balance in the account pending investigation.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under a different identity — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

12. Amendments to Terms

44tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case the changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the 44tk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of 44tk. 44tk operates as a platform providing entertainment services and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling under the specific local laws of any individual user's jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 44tk complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
